Communication and Social Media Director

  • Drive and implement a communication (internal and external) strategy for Graitec in all our markets that will mainly focus on digital media.

  • Lead the evolution of the graphic design of Graitec based on Graitec missions and values
  • Unified tone of voice in all the communication channels through processes and standards.
  • Manage media relations globally to ensure our presence and promote Graitec image.

  • Understand the capability and skill requirements needed in the business in the future and determining how to source these skills on time and steer workforce planning. Build competitive Talent market maps and market intelligence to determine best approach to engage talent at scale
  • Define and ensure consistency of process for vacancies and career opportunities across each country including partnering with the Director Talent and the Business on internal mobility and succession planning
  • Manage overall recruitment budget and strategy balancing resource capacity and cost effectiveness
  • Manage performance levels of supplementary recruitment vendors including contract negotiation and preferred vendor panel e.g., Head Hunting (HH) agencies, candidate assessments, background checks. This may include regional Master Service Agreement (MSA) contracts
  • Data Analysis – pull and present data including candidate experience metrics, recruitment efficiencies, and sourcing channel effectiveness, analyze social posts and content success and engagement

Sous la responsabilité de votre Manager Commercial, votre mission est le développement de votre secteur (new business, upsell, cross-sell) en définissant votre plan d’actions de prospection.

  • Prospecter de nouvelles cibles et promouvoir les solutions GRAITEC,
  • Identifier et comprendre les besoins et problématiques de vos prospects et Clients, questionner, valoriser les bénéfices à attendre, qualifier et transmettre des leads aux commerciaux,
  • Qualifier des leads entrants (besoins, budget, cycle de décision, concurrence, délais de décision, etc.)
  • Mettre à jour le CRM en temps réel
  • Collaborer avec les commerciaux sur les accroches, les références clients à promouvoir, la qualité des leads transmis
  • Transformer directement les opportunités “one shot”

  • Poste et missions :

Au sein de notre société, en relation avec une équipe technique, vous exercerez une fonction commerciale autour de nos solutions CAO et Calcul sur le marché de l’AEC.

  • Vous devrez :
    • Qualifier des projets identifiés par votre propre prospection ou par le Service Marketing
    • Développer un portefeuille de prospects et clients (PME, Bureaux d’Etudes et d’Ingénierie, Architectes)
    • Suivre les renouvellements des contrats de maintenance et de souscription des clients
    • Suivre et optimiser les séminaires de formations planifiés
    • Suivre les commandes en relation avec l’Administration des ventes

 

  • Profil :
    • De formation BAC+2, vous justifiez d’une expérience commerciale réussie.
    • Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous appréciez le travail d’équipe
    • Votre capacité d’analyse et d’écoute vous permettra de proposer les meilleures solutions afin de satisfaire et fidéliser nos clients.
    • La connaissance des solutions AEC d’Autodesk sera un atout supplémentaire.

Vous êtes rompus aux règles de calculs des structures béton armé, construction métallique et bois.

Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, le sens du contact, de l’écoute, le goût pour le travail en équipe et un sens aigu du service client.

  • Profil :

De formation Bac+5 ou Bac+2 avec une spécialisation BIM, en ingénierie bâtiment ou architecture, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 2 à 5 années dans un bureau d’étude, entreprise ou agence d’architecture. Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, le sens du contact, de l’écoute, le goût pour le travail en équipe et un sens aigu du service client. Vous êtes passionné par les nouvelles technologies, curieux, et êtes sensible à l’outil informatique. Vous disposez de compétences en BIM idéalement sur le logiciel Revit d’Autodesk®.
